Important Information

Fees & Charges (General Collection Tours & Exhibition Tours):

  • - Community Groups / post-secondary education: $2 per person, or a minimum of $10 per tour (plus exhibition entry fee if applicable)
  • - Corporate Groups: $50 per 25 people (plus exhibition entry fee if applicable). For greater numbers, an additional Guide will be required (cost: $25 per additional 25 people)
  • - Cancellation Charges: $50 fee for corporate groups, if less than 3 working days notice (or group is unable to attend on the day)
  • Fees & Charges (Specialised Tours / Language Tours):

Methods of Payment:

Fees to be paid at the Bookshop or Exhibition Ticketing Desk prior to commencement of tour on the day.

Payment methods accepted: cash, cheque, credit card, and eftpos.

On the Day:

  • - Meet your guide at the Information Desk, Santos Atrium (adjacent to the Bookshop and Café)
  • - Please ensure all large bags, coats and umbrellas are cloaked prior to commencement of the tour.
