After Hours Private Viewing
Foundation and Gallery Members are invited to a private viewing of The World of Mortimer Menpes: painter, etcher, raconteur. Exhibition Curator Julie Robinson will present for the first time several significant works by Menpes supported through the Foundation including a collection comprising 800 original etchings and drawings given by H.E. Bowden and M.J.M. Carter AO and Japanese street scene, 1887-88, oil on panel given by M.J.M. Carter AO in honour of the exhibition.

Masterwork Official Unveiling

Art Gallery Members are invited to attend the official launch of the major new acquisition, Camille Pissarro's Prairie à Éragny, 1886, oil on canvas. It will be on public display in the Melrose Wing of European Art fromSaturday 23 August 2014.

Fashioin Icons Teaser Talk
Be among the first to hear about Fashion Icons: from the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Paris at Members-only teaser talks by Robert Reason, Curator of European and Australian Decorative Arts. Robert will present highlights of the haute couture garments created by France's leading fashion designers to be included in this exhibition. Fashion Icons opens exclusively at the Art Gallery of South Australia on 25 October 2014.
