WORKSHOP FOR TEACHERS: Portrait Oil Painting
Explore and develop insights into the art of portraiture with Deidre But-Husaim. In a two-day workshop participants produce a portrait on canvas through observation and by exploring composition, paint application, tone and colour. Certificates provided (linked to the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers). This workshop is an opportunity for teachers to extend drawing and painting skills, connect learning to the Australian Curriculum: Visual Arts, and to learn from a key South Australian artist.

Suitable: Primary, Secondary, TRT and pre-service teachers
Limited: 20 participants
Cost: $275. All materials supplied. Light lunch provided each day.
